Because the tablet is a small fraction of the towel’s open volume, cartons are smaller and freight per towel is lower than for flat-folded towels.

We pack compressed towels in five formats; the right one depends on whether you sell on a shelf, on Amazon, to hotels or to professionals.
Candy (twist) wrap — each tablet twisted in printed film like a sweet, for gift jars, party favors and counter displays. Tablets per bag or jar: 20, 50, 100 or 500 tablets.
Individual sachet — one tablet in a sealed clear or printed pouch, for hotel amenity sets, airline kits and restaurants.
Tube — tablets stacked in a printed tube, typically 10 per tube; a compact travel and Amazon format.
Blister card — tablets in a clear blister on a printed hang card for peg-hook retail.
Bulk — loose tablets in a bag, jar or carton for spas, barbershops and restaurants; lowest cost per piece.

Compressed towels are usually made from viscose or cotton spunlace of about 70–150 gsm, heavier than everyday face towels, because the fabric must survive pressing and still feel like a cloth when it opens.

Spunlace (hydroentangled) nonwoven is a fabric made by entangling loose fibers with high-pressure water jets instead of glue or heat. ZEFU’s standard GSM is 50–65 gsm for coin towels, 65–85 gsm for XL face towels, and 75–95 gsm for bath discs.

A towel made from 100% viscose fibers (plastic-free) gives you a specific, checkable claim for your packaging. Blended towels contain polyester and cannot be described as plastic-free.

Uses: travel, camping, hot-towel warmers, spas
Compressed towels sell wherever space is short and laundry is not practical: the tablet takes little room and stays sealed until someone needs a towel.
Travel and airlines — one tablet per passenger in amenity kits; it opens with a little bottled water.
Camping, hiking and festivals — light to carry, nothing to wash afterwards.
Hot-towel warmers and barbershops — a tablet in warm water gives a fresh towel per client. Refill packs for towel warmers are a newer niche on Amazon US.
Spas and facial rooms — warm towels for facial cleansing; see our spa, salon and esthetician supplies.
Restaurants — individually wrapped hand towels for table service.

Compressed face masks (dry sheet masks)
A compressed face mask is a dry, thin cotton or lyocell sheet mask pressed into a small tablet; the user soaks it in toner or essence, unfolds it and places it on the face. We supply bulk packs of about 500 tablets for spas and smaller retail packs for travel.
We sell compressed masks dry. A dry mask is a beauty tool; a mask pre-soaked in serum is a cosmetic product and needs separate compliance work. For a stretchable 3-in-1 format with eye and nose openings, see our stretchable compress pads.

How are compressed towels made?
Compressed towels are cut from spunlace nonwoven (usually viscose or cotton), folded and pressed into a tablet under high pressure, then wrapped.

When water is added, the fibers relax and the towel unfolds to full size in seconds. At our factory the process has six steps:

Spunlace fabric — viscose or cotton fibers bonded by water jets, with no glue or binder, in the GSM your size needs.

Slit and cut — the roll is slit to width and cut to the expanded towel size.

Fold — each sheet is folded into a narrow strip so it opens evenly.

Press — a press forms the folded towel into a round coin or square tablet inside a mould.

Q1What sizes do compressed towels expand to?+
Our compressed towels expand to about 22×24 cm (coin towel), 25×30 cm (XL face towel), 30×60 cm (hand or travel towel) and 60×120 cm (bath towel). Custom sizes are possible: a new expanded size usually changes only the cutting length, while a new tablet diameter may need a new press mould.
Q2Are your compressed towels 100% viscose?+
Our standard compressed towels are 100% viscose spunlace, and 100% cotton is available. We can send a fiber composition test report for each SKU SGS Report CANWT00472237. You need that report before printing “100% viscose” or “plastic-free” on your packaging or Amazon listing.
Q3Can you print our logo on the wrapper?+
Yes. We print your logo and text on candy-wrap film, sachets, tubes, jars and outer boxes. You send artwork; we return a dieline and a digital proof for approval before printing. The minimum quantity for a printed wrapper is 10,000 individually wrapped pieces (or 3,000 outer bags).
Q4How long do compressed towels last in storage?+
Sealed compressed towels keep for 36 months (3 years) when stored dry, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Moisture is the main risk: a damp tablet starts to loosen and lose its shape, so keep cartons off the floor and reseal opened bulk bags.
Q5Do you make compressed bath towels?+
Yes. Our compressed bath towels expand to about 60×120 cm and are wrapped one per pack for hotels, Umrah kits, gyms and travel retail. If space matters less, our flat-folded disposable bath towels come in 70×140 cm and custom sizes.
Q6What is the MOQ?+
For stock sizes with your label, the MOQ is 300–500 packs per SKU. Fully custom printed packs start from 1,000 boxes per design. Stock sizes are produced in about 7 days for 1,000 packs; custom packs take 3–5 business days after artwork approval.
Q7Are compressed towel tablets reusable?+
They are made for single use. A spunlace compressed towel can be rinsed and used again for a light task such as drying hands, but it is not designed for laundering and weakens after washing. We sell and label our compressed towels as disposable.
