Automated Pull-Out Face Towel Line (4 Units)
From fiber to finished pack: 8 steps
Action Step
Fiber opening. Bales of viscose, cotton or lyocell fiber are opened and blended into a loose, even mass.

Carding. Carding machines comb the fibers into a thin, uniform web. Web weight sets the final GSM.
Action Step
Spunlace. Rows of high-pressure water jets entangle the fibers into fabric without glue or heat. The support drum or belt gives a plain, pearl or mesh texture.

Drying. The wet fabric is dried and wound into master rolls. Each roll is checked for GSM and width.

Embossing and slitting. Rolls are embossed, including our China-patented patterns, and slit to the width of each product.

Converting. Machines perforate and roll, fold and interfold, or cut and stack the fabric. Compress pads are die-cut and folded.

In-process inspection. Operators check size, sheet count, embossing and seals at set intervals.

Packing. Packs are sealed, boxed or bagged, marked with a lot code, labeled and cartoned. Gift sets and mixed kits are assembled and boxed by hand.
Steps 1–4 make the fabric across our audited hydroentangled spunlace lines and Foshan converting center. Steps 5–8 run in our Foshan factory.

Stretchable Wet Compress Pad Lines (16 Units)
Warehouse & loading
Raw materials. Core fabrics are bought on a purchasing cycle of about 15 days. Warehouse area: 2,200+ m² dedicated raw fiber & palletized finished goods warehouse.
Mixed containers. Face towels, cotton pads and bath towels can be combined in one container under one set of QC records.
Container loading. Cartons are Floor-loaded (maximizes CBM) or export palletized (ISPM-15 / plastic pallets) into 20GP or 40HQ containers. Quantities per carton and per container are on each spec sheet in Downloads.
Amazon prep. FNSKU labels and FBA carton labels are applied before loading. See Amazon sellers.
Terms. We quote FOB Guangzhou (Nansha) / Shenzhen (Yantian), CIF and, on request, DDP. See MOQ, Samples & Lead Times.

Daily capacity per line: 50,000+ packs / day (40+ automated converting machines).
Q2What is the spunlace nonwoven process?+
Spunlace is a process that bonds a carded fiber web with high-pressure water jets instead of glue or heat. The jets tangle the fibers into a soft, absorbent, low-lint fabric, which is then dried and wound into rolls. It is the base fabric for face towels, wipes and cotton pads.
Q3What is the difference between spunbond and spunlace?+
Spunbond is made from continuous plastic filaments, usually polypropylene, bonded with heat; it is strong and low-cost but feels papery and absorbs little water. Spunlace is made from staple fibers such as viscose or cotton, bonded with water jets, so it is softer and much more absorbent. Face towels and cotton pads use spunlace.
