The challenge
Standard cotton pads absorbed too much expensive essence without releasing it onto the skin, and generic die-cut toner substrates jammed the client’s high-speed automated jar-filling pick-and-place nozzles due to edge burrs and static lint.
What we did
Using ZEFU’s 16 dedicated stretchable wet-compress converting machines and CNIPA-patented embossing rollers, we produced a 1:2.2 horizontally stretchable micro-mesh pad that releases >92% of absorbed toner, plus ultrasonic-trimmed 60 mm ±0.3 mm round substrates stacked in anti-static PE sleeves for automated jar filling.
